A Weekly Content Machine Template

For Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube & Newsletters

In today’s newsletter, I’m walking you through what it actually takes to build an exceptional content strategy for your personal brand.

Not the fluffy “batch your content on Sundays” advice.

A real system.

Because content isn’t just about writing and posting.

It’s planning. It’s preparation. It’s optimization. It’s execution.

And if you’re serious about growing your brand across multiple platforms like Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Email. You can’t wing it.

You need a rigorous, repeatable schedule.

So whether you’re a solo creator or running a lean team, here’s a system you can steal.

This chart is the backbone of our 7-day content engine. It splits your workflow into two parts:

Preparation vs. Posting

  • Preparation (This Week): This is what you're creating this week — content that will be published next week. Think: writing, recording, and organizing assets in advance.

  • Posting (From Last Week): This is the content you already finished last week. Now it's time to post it, email it out, or schedule it.

By separating prep from publishing, you remove the stress of “what do I post today?” and replace it with a predictable rhythm.

Naming Conventions

  • "Prep" = Work mode. You’re writing, scripting, recording, and planning.

  • "Post" = Publish mode. You're pushing content live that was queued up 7 days ago.

  • Everything runs on a one-week delay, meaning your pipeline is always full, and you're never creating day-of.

How to Use This Chart

  • If you're solo: Block off 1–2 hours each day to stick to the flow.

  • If you have a team: Assign prep and posting tasks to different team members.

  • Tools we recommend: Trello, Notion, or ClickUp to visualize and track it. Google Drive or Frame.io for assets.

This system works because it removes decision fatigue and ensures you show up across all platforms with high-quality content without burning out.
