How to go from 0 to authority in 90 days
This email is for the serious founders

If you want to go from 0 to an authority with your personal brand in the next 90 days, here's the sequence:
Do it in order because skipping the steps is why most founders spin their wheels for a year.
Pick one primary outcome.
Before you post anything, decide what the account is for.
> Authority.
> Engagement.
> Lead flow.
> Newsletter growth.
> Booked calls.
You can have secondary goals but one objective has to drive the strategy.
If you don't know what you're building toward, you'll panic every time one post underperforms and try to pivot. Founders who post without a north star spend 12 months producing content that goes nowhere because it was never pointed anywhere.
Build the foundations before you post.
Your first phase should be painfully boring.
Figure out your niche, your ICP, your positioning, your voice, your archetype, your audience's pain points.
Do not skip this because you're excited to start writing. This is the part that decides everything downstream. Every founder I've watched try to shortcut this stage ended up rebuilding it 6 months later.
Decide what you want to be known for.
People should know what they're signing up for when they follow you. If you talk about SaaS today, fitness tomorrow, AI the next day, and a random founder lesson after that, nobody knows what to remember you for.
Predictability builds authority.
Learn the rules of the platform.
You can have great ideas and still get ignored if you don't understand distribution. That’s why you should:
- Know what conversations are moving in your niche.
- What keywords your ICP interacts with.
- Which formats are working.
- Who the main accounts are in your space.
- What the algorithm is currently rewarding.
Then join the conversations your market cares about.
Build a 7-day content system.
Stop waking up every morning wondering what to post.
Build a weekly system for topic sourcing, writing, publishing, repurposing, engagement, and performance review.
Remove randomness from your content.
Randomness kills you slower than bad content. But it still kills you.
Optimize every week.
This is where people screw up.
They finally find something that works, then immediately abandon it for another idea because the working thing starts to feel boring to them.
Every week, look at which topics won, which formats won, which posts attracted the right people, which content generated engagement, which content generated leads.
Then build more around the winners.
I'm 6 years into building my personal brand and I still optimize this loop every single week.
Scale what already works.
Only once you know what's working should you scale.
- Repurpose winning posts.
- Create new versions of winning topics.
- Build a real content schedule.
- Add lead magnets.
- Build DM systems.
- Add monetization.
The mistake most founders make is scaling before optimizing. They pour more effort into content that wasn't converting to begin with and end up with a bigger version of the same broken system.
90 day goal:
At the end of 90 days, you should have a content system that makes you more known, more trusted, and harder to ignore.
Most founders never get here because they skip step 1, race past step 2, and try to jump straight to step 7.
Respect the order.

@getavaai is running one of the most impressive ecom AI plays I’ve seen lately.
Ava is an AI voice agent for Shopify stores that answers calls 24/7, pulls live order data, and handles everything from abandoned carts to returns and refunds.
Gets more and more impressive as you look into it. Worth a look if you run ecom
