Life update: a lot has changed lately
New places, familiar people, and some perspective.

I’m writing this from Spain right now.
Life feels like it’s moving pretty fast.
I left home in Latin America while we’re setting up a new house.
I also just got the keys to our new office.
It’s still under construction, but walking through it for the first time was one of those moments where you stop and realize how much has changed.
A few years ago, none of this existed.
Now my brother is back home watching our pets while my wife and I are here for a few days seeing friends.
A lot of those friends started as people I met online.
Simon is here, and he’s probably one of my closest friends in the online space now.
Then I’m heading to Iman Gadzhi’s Quantum Mastermind for 3 days.
I’ll get to learn from people who have built insane businesses, meet founders I’ve followed for years, and spend time with people who have followed me too.
And every time I do something like this, I think about how much of my life came from building a personal brand.
Not leads or clients.
The life around it.
I can land in another country and already know people there.
I can walk into an event and run into old clients, current clients, community members, or founders who have been reading my content for years.
There’s no clean metric for that.
No dashboard for the friendships, rooms, conversations, and opportunities that came from putting my thoughts online.
That’s probably the biggest lesson for me right now.
A personal brand compounds in ways you cannot predict when you start.
Sometimes the best return isn’t a lead.
It’s the life it creates around you.
