The First Million $$$ Starts With a Spreadsheet
99% of people fail at content because they skip this step...

You don’t get to a 7-figure personal brand by winging it.
You get there by building a Content Brain.
People write posts the way they shop for groceries when they’re starving…impulsively, without a list, and completely off strategy.
That’s why their content feels mismatched, random, and uninspired.
If I had to rebuild from zero today, this would be the first thing I’d set up.
Let me walk you through it.
What is a Content Brain?
It’s your internal operating system for content. A single spreadsheet or dashboard that holds every strategic element behind what you post.
Your Content Brain needs 3 layers:
1. ICP Clarity (Ideal Client Profile)
Before you write a single word, you need to know:
Who do I actually want to attract?
What are they trying to solve?
What would make them say “this person gets it”?
If a post doesn’t speak to that person’s pain, desire, or worldview? I cut it.
2. Account Messaging Rules
This is your guardrail. A system of checks before every post goes live.
My rule of thumb:
Every post should hit at least 2 of these 4:
✅ Demonstrates my unique POV
✅ Attracts the type of clients I want
✅ Filters out who I don’t want
✅ Reinforces the offer I sell
If it doesn’t? It doesn’t see the outside of my drafts.
3. Mapped Content Topics
This is where ideas stop being inspiration and start becoming infrastructure.
I divide mine into 3 buckets:
Top of Funnel (TOF) → hooks attention
Middle of Funnel (MOF) → builds trust
Bottom of Funnel (BOF) → drives action
Each bucket has 5–10 recurring topic tracks.
Here’s a simplified TOF snapshot from mine:
Content Track | Example Post |
---|---|
Authority Building with AI | |
Productivity | |
Belief Shifts |
Now every time I sit down to write, I’m never starting from scratch.
I just pick the target (TOF/MOF/BOF), choose the content track, and the idea is halfway done.
Why This Works
It removes decision fatigue
It aligns every post with a business goal
It trains your audience to expect specific, valuable themes
And it creates consistency (which is the secret ingredient for authority)
A personal brand that makes $1M+ per year is never an accident.
It’s the result of strategic repetition done with ruthless precision.

P.S. If you found this breakdown valuable, we’ve built two ways to help you install these systems:
→ Utopia for operators who want the prompts, frameworks, and structure to build their personal brand the right way from Day 1
→ Mogul Media for founders who want our team to build the Content Brain, run the strategy, and scale the brand for you
Pick your path. Either way, you’ll never be posting aimlessly again.
