This reddit post just LEAKED a blueprint for becoming #1 in your niche

You now have the entire personal branding playbook at your FINGERTIPS...

Wonders why nothing is sticking for his personal brand. He's been at it for 6 months with consistent posts, tips, frameworks, the occasional hot take.

He’s done everything he’s been advised to do.

But (in his own words): "nobody remembers me, nobody searches me out. I'm just another account in their feed."

And it’s because you skipped the foundation and went straight to posting.

That's the diagnosis for most founders right now, including a lot of you reading this. The fix isn't more posting. It's going back and doing the work that was supposed to come before you ever post.

Here's what I would do (ASAP) if I were you:

1. Reverse-engineer your brand before you write another post.

Sit down for 30 minutes and answer 4 questions in order.

- What outcome do I want from this: inbound, partnerships, hiring leverage, an exit?

- What would I need to be known for to make that outcome inevitable?

- What would I have to post consistently to become known for that?

- What do I need to learn to do it well?

2. Pick your contrarian belief.

Personal brands don't pop from tactics. They pop from a different worldview repeated until the market associates it with your name.

2-column exercise.

On the left side, write out everything other creators in your space do that you think is cringe or wrong.

On the right side, do the exact opposite and write what you believe. That second column is your frame. Run it through every piece of content for the next 6 months and you’ll start getting more attention.

3. Start optimizing for trust.

Views don't convert. Trust does. A founder with 5k followers who trust them will out-earn a founder with 100k followers who don't.

Which means you have to stop tracking impressions and start tracking how many of the right people in your industry are engaging, replying, DMing. That number is the only one that compounds into real business.

4. Make case studies your content.

Share wins you got for clients and wins you got for yourself in creative formats (I’m going to write another email on this later this week).

When you start posting case studies, the audience goes from associating you with success to associating you with their success. That's when trust goes through the roof and inbound starts replacing outbound.

5. Be the vessel.

If you don't have wins to point at yet, share the journey instead.

The building phase is the most compelling content you'll ever produce. Once you've made it, nobody relates. While you're still making it, everyone watching wants to come along.

That's your edge on the way up.

It doesn’t matter how much you post, how much you study times to post or what hooks to use, if you skipped the foundation then you got nothing working for your personal brand.

Pick 1 of the 5 and do it before Friday. The 2-column exercise is the highest-leverage 30 minutes you can spend if you haven't done it. The brand journey questions are the most important if you've never sat with the outcome you want.

One thing. Do it now.

You won’t get results till you start focusing on the logic behind your personal brand.
