This would’ve saved me hundreds of hours

We’re building the content creation AI I wish we had years ago.

We’ve quietly been building something inside Personal Brand HQ that I’m way too excited about.

It started with a problem I kept seeing.

We can teach someone exactly what to post: the topics, the formats that are working, how to structure the hook and package the idea.

But then they still have to actually MAKE all of it, and that part takes forever.

Say you get a great idea from a founder call. Turning it into a written post, a listicle, a Google Doc screenshot and an infographic can easily eat a few hours of bouncing between ChatGPT, Claude, Canva and Docs.

And if you’re using AI, half the battle is teaching it how you want things made.

You upload examples, write a monster prompt, then correct it and explain that the hook is too long and the screenshot needs to look like THIS and not THAT. Then you do it all again for the next format.

I got sick of it.

So we built Expert Studio.

We took the content vehicles we already know work on X and LinkedIn and built that logic directly into the product. You give it the idea, tell it what you want, and it makes the actual thing, not a generic draft you spend 20 minutes fixing.

Here’s an example. You paste in some source material and ask for a Google Doc screenshot:

Then you take the exact same material and say “turn this into a process map”:

Then an Apple Notes screenshot, then a short listicle:

Same idea, four completely different vehicles, and you never have to explain what any of them should look like.

A lot of “AI content systems” technically save you time, but you spend half of it managing the AI. You need the right project, the right files and the right prompt, and then you babysit the output.

I want the complexity to live behind the product.

Because there are a LOT of small decisions in every format.

A Google Doc screenshot alone comes down to page size, spacing, how much copy goes above the fold, where a table goes, and when something should become a diagram instead of another paragraph.

Those details are why one screenshot gets ignored and another gets saved 2,000 times.

Nobody in PBHQ should have to learn every one of those before they can make anything, so we built them into the tool.

And because we’re testing these formats every week across our own accounts and 60+ founder brands, the tool gets better as we do.

When a format stops working, we update it. When we find a new one, it goes in.

The goal is pretty simple: you have something worth saying, and Expert Studio handles everything between the idea and the finished post.

We’re still building a lot into it, but what it can already do is kind of absurd.

Right now it’s only available inside Personal Brand HQ.

Everyone in the program gets access as part of the system we install, alongside the strategy, positioning, research and AI workflows.

It’s our 12-week done-with-you program where we install the strategy, systems, AI workflows, frameworks, and now the creation tools directly into your business.
