When Proof Isn’t Enough for People
Hormozi just pulled off a 9-figure masterclass and some took it better than others.

Last week, Hormozi pulled off the most surgical book launch I’ve ever seen.
Zero gimmicks, flexing or bro-funnels.
Just value front to back.
He was live for over 2 hours, put founders on game, pulled numbers you only see in IPO filings,
and closed out the night with a funnel so clean it made most marketers question their careers.
But even with all that?
The hating still came in.
It’s wild how being right isn’t enough anymore.
You can build a product/service of value → You can share the results → You can over-deliver
And there will still be people in the corner whispering:
“Yeah but I don’t know… it just feels off.”
You know what that is?
It’s ego.
There’s a whole species of marketer right now who confuses being contrarian with being intelligent.
They’ll take the opposite side of brilliance just to feel seen because deep down, they haven’t built anything that can stand next to it.
You see it when someone wins in public and it triggers the ones who thought they deserved to win instead.
Then instead of studying the game, they discredit the player.
I’ve seen it happen for years.
Someone builds a 7-, 8-, 9-figure business with clean, boring, consistent execution…
And people who’ve never sold more than a PDF are the first to talk.
Hormozi just ran a masterclass on what it looks like when infrastructure meets patience and he did it with no hype, lifestyle bait or psychological pressure.
What most people don’t get is that this wasn’t a book launch. It was a reputation launch. One that was years in the making.
If you watched that launch and felt jealous?
Good. That’s your signal. But don’t numb it with critiques.
Get better. Build systems. Refine your voice.
Study how someone can say less and mean more.
That’s the game.
And it doesn’t require a Ferrari or a Rolex.
Just conviction, clarity, and consistency.

P.S. You don’t need to go full Hermozi. But you do need a system to build trust at scale.
That’s what we built Utopia and Mogul Media for.
→ Utopia: DIY system for founders who want to build their authority strategically
→ Mogul Media: DFY agency for those who want us to do it for them
