Your content strategy expires every week.
A personal brand is so much more than post and ghost. You have to be tapped in...

Google Doc screenshots were everywhere.
Then carousels took over.
Then quote screenshots.
Now they're fading too.
Every few months, founders on X convince themselves they've finally found the format.
Then it stops working.
Because everyone copied it.
There's a concept in evolutionary biology called the Red Queen Effect.
Species have to keep adapting just to stay in the same place.
If they stop evolving, they don't stay competitive.
They fall behind.
Content works the same way.
The internet rewards novelty.
The moment everyone starts using the same format, the advantage disappears.
That's why the best personal brands don't become attached to formats.
They become attached to observation.
Every week they're asking themselves:
- What conversations are gaining momentum?
- What formats are people stopping for?
- What opinions are creating discussion?
- What feels overused?
- What suddenly feels fresh?

Then spend the next few weeks trying to force it to work.
Military strategist John Boyd became famous for a decision-making model that later spread into investing, product design and marketing.
It was simple.
Observe → Orient → Decide → Act.
The people who complete that loop faster don't necessarily make better decisions.
They make better decisions because they're seeing the market sooner than everyone else.
That's exactly what happens on X.
The platform changes, attention shifts, new conversations come up, new formats appear.
All of these are happening constantly.
But founders who grow the most recognizable and respected personal brands are observing and acting.

You might have to look at what's happening in your niche today, spot the opportunities everyone else is missing, and build a content strategy around the current market.
